Welcome to BESA lock shop! We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that there may be times when you want to return a product. On this page you will find our returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

You can always return (part of) your order. However, we ask you to return the products unused and in their original packaging. Report your return via our return form, which you will find under "How do I report my return".

Return costs are at your own expense, except in cases where we have made a mistake in the order or delivered the wrong item. If we receive the return damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to charge a fee. These costs will be determined by BESA Slotenspeciaalzaak at its own discretion and in a reasonable manner. We will therefore consider this on a case-by-case basis.

  Fill in the return form and press send.

  Your return request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation and return label by e-mail.

  Print the return confirmation and return label.

  Pack the products properly and correctly according to the specified guidelines and enclose the return confirmation in the box.

  Bring your parcel in to a UPS Access Point of your choice. Through the Location finder UPS Acces Point you can choose one near you.

  ​Your parcel arrives at BESA slotenspeciaalzaak and is checked by our logistics services.

We recommend that you return products as complete and undamaged as possible, in their original packaging, etc. Please use sturdy packaging, preferably the original. That way the chance of damage is as small as possible and we might be able to make someone else happy with it.Do you no longer have the original packaging? No problem, we will check the condition of your returned product and determine the depreciation.


Your packed product(s) can be sent in the box with which you, received your order or another sturdy box that you fill tightly and sufficiently so that the goods cannot move around in the box and/or get damaged. Then close the box tightly.

If you buy goods from us, you have the right for 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to decide that you do not want to keep the goods, right of withdrawal. You can then return your order without giving any reason (you pay the cost of returning the goods yourself). As soon as you have notified BESA of your right of revocation, a new period of 14 calendar days shall start in which you can return the articles.

Return costs are at your own expense, except in cases where we made a mistake when ordering or delivered the wrong item. Good to know is that the return costs will automatically be deducted from your credit note. If you choose to drop off your return at a UPS Access Point, you do not have to pay anything else.


  1. For small packages (no multi-point locks, packages longer than 100cm), the return and administration costs charged for this are for the consumer and amount to €14,99 excl. VAT. This will be deducted from the total refundable amount of your order.
  2. For large packages, e.g. multi-point locks or where the package is longer than 100cm, the return and administration costs charged for this are for the consumer and amount to €24,99 excl. This will be deducted from the total amount of your order to be refunded.


If you choose to arrange the return shipment yourself with your own transport company of your choice and return to the following address: Besa lockshop located at Rodeheide 86, 3980 Tessenderlo, Belgium. In doing so, you follow the instructions of the transport company you have chosen correctly and the associated shipping costs charged for this are entirely for the consumer.


Items that are used, damaged, opened or incomplete may be returned. However, BESA will in this case be able to claim compensation from the consumer corresponding to the depreciation in value that the item has undergone.


  1. Example: if the consumer returns an item without its original packaging, Besa may charge a small compensation for this, i.e. the value of new packaging.
  2. Example: if the consumer returns an item so damaged that it has become unsalable, Besa may charge the full purchase price as a depreciation.


The decrease in value charged by Besa will always correspond to the decrease in value undergone by the article. These costs will be determined by BESA Slotenspeciaalzaak at its own discretion and in a reasonable manner. We will examine this on a case-by-case basis.


Items made especially for the customer according to customer specifications (for example: a special size, specific RAL colour, etc.), we cannot accept as returns.

Yes, you can! Our shop is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4.30pm. 
You can then drop your package by our locksmiths at the counter in our shop.


We make every effort to display product information on our website as accurately and completely as possible. In spite of the most accurate product information and an extensive filter system, it sometimes happens that you unintentionally order the wrong article and/or size. Should this article not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged for another article or a different size within 14 days of receipt. No hard feelings.

Shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense, unless an incorrect delivery has been made by us. If we receive the return shipment damaged or incomplete, costs will be charged. These costs will be determined at Besa slotenspeciaalzaak's discretion and in all reasonableness.


We do our best and always take care to send your order in perfect condition. Something may go wrong. If you have received the wrong product or if one of the items in your order is faulty, please contact our costumer service immediately and we will find a solution as soon as possible. In this case, of course, the return is at our expense.
